Carol’s blog baking challenge

I recently bought 2 baking books by a Taiwanese blogger named Carol who have blogged more than 100+ recipes on her website and it was later published into a book – Baking for Beginners. As usual Pandabear complained that he had to cart two heavy books for me and that it was going to be sitting on the shelf collecting dust. So we ended up with a little bet that before our October trip if I manage to bake 5 recipes from each book – I will receive a little reward of $200 🙂 and I’m traveling quite well at the moment 🙂
