Anyways, as I’ve mentioned I’m off my gym routine till my feet gets better what to do?? The answer is swimming, as it doesn’t require me walking much on my feet!
Food diary
Brekkie – wasn’t hungry so had nothing
Lunch – had a nice fruity zangy salad
Dinner – fish curry with lots of vegies and very small portion of steamed rice
Exercise
Walked 2 kms to the GP clinic and back home
Swimming – about 10 laps to compensate for not gyming and I’m hoping Sauna also helps me lose some weight as well 🙂
snack – yogurt
