Hello again, another recipe from Jamie’s ministry of food, this dish is great as it looks fantastic when you are serving it at a party.
Here it is…
Parmesan Chicken Breast with Prosciutto
Small bunch of thyme
8-9 slices of prosciutto
some Parmesan cheese
2 chicken breast
1. Glad wrap the chicken breast in between 2 layers of glad wrap and hit it with a rolling pin to make it into same thickness so it cooks evenly. From thick end to thin end. With medium. Ad a sprig of thyme around the chicken and add in grated parmesan cheese, pinch of pepper, grate lemon zest and wrap the prosciutto over the chicken breast so that it covers up the cheese.
2. Heat the pan with some oil and flip the chicken breast over to the pan cook the chicken breast until the chicken is 1/3 cooked. Flip over and the prosciutto should be crispy. Approx 2.5 minutes on each side for cooking.
3. Drizzle over the chicken breast with some balsamic vinegar and olive oil and slice them up and serve with mix green salad 🙂
4. To make it more fancy you can pan fried some scallops and put them on top and it looks fantastic!
