Hello people, it’s come to that time that I write another chicken related dishes. This time instead of usual chicken rice, it’s soya chicken rice which is pretty similar to chicken rice. I love this dish cos it’s so tasty and quick 🙂 healthier option than fried chicken. 🙂 You can use chicken thighs or chicken drum sticks for the chicken.
Here it is…
Soya Chicken & Rice
2 -3 Chicken drumsticks
few pieces of ginger
2 – 3 cloves of garlic
1. I would boil the chicken first or steam it if you have a steamer. To make the sauce for it, heat up oil in pan add in minced garlic and slices of ginger and add in soya sauce and then chuck in the chicken until it has fully absorb the sauce.
2. To plate up serve with steamed rice and vegetables – it goes really well with stir fry cabbages and add some chilli sauce on top and there you have it lovely soya chicken 🙂
3. Some people likes the chicken rice – if you like it you can make it up fresh – but adding garlic, ginger, spring onion stir fry it together and pop in some rice and then cook it in a rice cooker.
There you have it 🙂 So simple…it’s not funny…
